Just come into BSS that rumor is speculating about a possible trade involving the two suns players. The two sonics players that are rumored to be going are part of the French connection (Petro, Gelabale).

Everyone wanted Greg Oden. The question was how much. Danny Ainge and Kevin McHale both really wanted him as evidenced by their offers
What a hectic 2 days it has been with the Blockbuster trades and Kobe publicly lashing the Lakers. But It isn’t over yet though.. Here are some Rumors spreading around the NBA.
Boston/Golden State & Dallas race for KG

First Ray Allen now KG? That’s whats on NBA reportrs minds all around the country. The Celtics fans that are already frothing at the mouth with Ray Allen & Paul Pierce together may add another All Star to the mix. KG wants to win more than anything and now that Ray is in Boston could this be more of an incentive to want to go there. Golden state have recently re-instated their Interests in the Big Man after trading guard Jason Richardson for Draftee Brandan Wright.
Likeliness Rating

Golden State: 44%

One of my favorite television shows is “The top 5 reasons you can’t blame“. It takes a look at historical issues where a team or figure has been made a scapegoat for a situation. The show lists 5 reasons that look at other contrbuting factors, forgotten circumstances, or other guilty parties. As host Brian Kenny puts it “Our mission is to re-examine what has been accepted as fact”
I’m gonna take a crack at doing one of these myself.
Well, the initial reviews of last nights trade between the Sonics and Celtics are in and if you listen to the pundits, the Celtics made the stupidest trade ever.
While there are some who like the deal many are saying Ainge has screwed the team for a long time. I disagree. Here are some reasons why it’s was a good deal
We take a look back at the eventful NBA 2007 Draft by seeing who knows how to dress and who doesn’t. But it’s up to you, You have to vote who is the Best & Worst dressed from draft day 2007.
Nominees for Best dressed:

Wilson Chandler #23rd Pick, New York Knicks.
Keeping it simple William rocks up in a Dark navy blue pinstripe suit accompinied by that “Im a 23rd Pick white shirt”

Marco Belinelli #18th Pick, Golden State Warriors.
Very Classy but is his suit saying that he will only bring dark days to Golden State.
Nominees for Worst Dressed:

Joakim Noah #9th Pick, Chicago Bulls.
He has about as much style as he does on the hardwood. Joakim’s parents where very pleased with their son he has been trying to emulate clowns all his life and he finally got somewhere.

Greg Oden #1 Pick, Portland Trailblazers
After being alive for 56 years you would think he could pick up some style tips.
VOTE!
At least that is what KJR-AM reported
KJR-AM radio reported that the Sonics offered Ray Allen to the Boston Celtics for the fifth pick and Theo Ratliff.

Getting Allen for that price would be a steal considering what the price for other stars has supposedly been. This would also calm down Paul Pierce
Rondo/Allen/Pierce/Jefferson/Perkins or 32 pick
Makes me smile
1. Portland – Greg Oden – Better shot at title
2. Seattle – Kevin Durant – Yeah…
3. Atlanta – Mike Conley Jr. – Call him a reach but after passing up CP3 and Deron Williams this must be done. Hawk’s FO is not giving up on either of the Williams yet and Conley would finally give them a true franchise PG.
1. Al Horford

Horford is a strong, physical player. He is one of the most NBA ready players in this draft and contrary to the consensus, he does have potential. At 6′10 and weighing 245, Al is an ideal NBA power forward. Read the rest of this entry »
